How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 3-5 business days anywhere in the United States! Want some of our amazing clothing even faster? Select expedited shipping at checkout and receive your order in 1-3 days!

How long does it take to fulfill orders?

As we near the holiday season it may take up to 2-5 days to process your order, custom make the item for you and have it shipped out. Don't worry though 97% of our orders are shipped out within 3 days and our warehouse staff's cardio is getting better so they are getting faster everyday.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we are now able to ship anywhere in the world! Shipping does take a little bit longer though. We can ship to anywhere in Canada within 5-12 days and anywhere else in the world within 10-20 days. Wow it's cool that we are now shipping to countries all over the world!

How much does shipping cost?

We use carrier-calculated shipping rates based on where we are sending packages to. The average shipping price is only $3-$6 for anywhere! Interested in receiving expedited shipping for even faster delivery? We negotiated a flat rate of only $7.95 with our couriers! Want free shipping? Place an order for over $49 and we'll cover shipping for you!

How good is your clothing?

We pride our selves on only selling the highest quality clothing. Every piece is made right here in California and we only use the most reputable brands such as Epson, Brother and American Apparel when making our clothing.

I only received part of my order?

The majority of our items we ship together, but some items require different packaging and may therefore be shipped separately. Don't worry though your order will be arriving in no time and we only do this to get you the items you ordered as quick as possible!

How do I get in touch with Wheelhouse Sports customer service?

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking number that you can use to track your order right to your front door!

I live in California, why am I being charged tax?

We are located in California, this means that we are required by law to tax all orders coming from California (lame, we know).

Can I upgrade my shipping speed?

Yes, select expedited shipping at checkout and shipping will only take 1-3 days!

Can I make a change to my order after I submit it?

Yes, you'll have 1-2 days to make changes to your order. During this time email us at info@wheelhousenation.com and we'll be happy to make a change to your order for you. 

Are your products eco-friendly?

We do our best to minimize waste in packaging materials and source eco-friendly materials. All of our packaging is either biodegradable or recyclable and all of our clothing is made right here in America meaning that it is sweat-shop free!

Care Instructions

Wash apparel with like colored items. You can certainly machine wash the garments in warm water that is around 104°F/40°C. Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary. If the garments require dry-cleaning, you can use any solvent except the trichloroethylene. Tumble-dry garments on medium.

What if I enter the wrong address?

Email us at info@wheelhouse.com as soon as possible and we will correct your address if your order has not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped the order may still be delivered to you if the error in the address is minor. If the order can not be delivered because of the error it will be shipped back to our address and we can re-deliver the order to you, you will just have to pay for shipping. 

 What happens if a package says its been delivered but I haven't received it?

Check around your house, sometimes delivery services will leave your order in a weird place. If you still can't find the order send us an email at info@wheelhousenation.com and we'll be happy to send out your order again free of charge. 

My order was sent but the tracking isn't updating?

It can take up to 48 hrs for tracking to update in the USPS system.

What if my order was damaged in the mail? 

All we ask for is photo verification and we'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost!

What is your return/exchange policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
